What is Barricades?

Barricades is an online conference focused on all aspects of Victor Hugo’s Les Misérables and its various adaptations! Barricades held conferences in 2023, 2024 and 2025. Barricades will be back in 2026!

Previous Guests of Honour have included Bonnie Gleicher, Nemo Martin, David Montgomery and Jean Baptiste Hugo.
